CANADA—Thirteen members from the Newfoundland congregation of the Philadelphia Church of God sailed to Bell Island for a picnic on August 23. Visiting minister Ron Hanson and his wife joined the congregation for conversation and traditional Newfie food, including moose sausages and stuffed Atlantic salmon. The light sprinkle of rain didn’t dampen the joy and laughter around the table.
